Sales Director - Pathology West

Overview

Sales Director - Pathology West at Leica Biosystems (Danaher). Remote work from home. Salary $170k-$225k, bonus eligible.

Responsibilities

• Drive budgeted growth for core histology and IHC product lines in assigned U.S. region; lead regional sales managers and associates.
• Develop & execute regional sales plans, quotas, account strategies; validate plans semi‑annualy.
• Own regional forecast with 30‑60‑90 day methodology; track KPI weekly / monthly / quarterly and report to VP.
• Implement elite selling practices (Korn Ferry / Miller Heiman, competitive selling); approve contracts and quotations, negotiate long‑term agreements.
• Recruit, retain and develop a top‑performing sales team; create succession plans and align goals, compensation, and performance metrics.
• Champion Voice of the Customer; represent Leica in customer negotiations, trade shows, conferences, and cross‑functional teams.
