POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for collecting, processing and distributing information about program client and statistics. This includes updating facility client rosters, managing program service invoices and coordinating food stamps benefits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential functions include but are not limited to the following :
- Manage daily records of client census and relevant program data
- Prepare and distribute daily client rosters including complete facility rosters and those specific to each department of the facility. This includes updating rosters with admissions and discharges from program
- Manage end of month billing with contracts in conjunction with the Finance Department.
- Serve as authorized representative to North Carolina Food Stamp program
- Manage client food stamp program including day-to-day operations, preparing applications, processing renewals and removing discharged clients from the food stamp program
- Coordinate with Food Stamp Office to collect benefits for program, verifying client sources of income and addressing any issues or concerns that may be presented
- Collect information about client demographics, backgrounds and outcomes for statistical purposes
- Coordinate with facility staff to provide seamless high-quality service to program clients

High School Diploma or Equivalency required / Bachelor's Degree preferredSome experience working in residential recovery program preferredWorking knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)Must be able to spend extended periods of time on your feet (walking, standing)Ability to project a professional imageMust be able to lift 50lbs. on occasionValid Driver's License required
