As a Banquet Set-up Supervisor , you will be responsible for ensuring appropriate set up of Banquet rooms according to guest specifications and the Marriott's high standards of quality.

What will you be doing?

• Set up banquet spaces per Banquet Event Order (BEO) and provide contracted customer service.
• Lead the Banquet department in the Manager's absence, directing staff for efficient setup.
• Maintain banquet facilities, including carpet cleaning and vacuuming.
• Aid in serving guests and understand event setup requirements.
• Work reliably in a 24-hour operation with varied schedules and high-pressure situations.
• Break down function rooms.
• Assist in banquet serving as needed.
• Organize, control, and restock linen and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
