Parkway Ford of Lexington is looking for a professional and motivated BDC Representative to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to be the sole in-store BDC rep , working directly with our small, close-knit team to drive success and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Be the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries (phone, internet, and leads)

Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads —

Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team

Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

Work closely with management to coordinate sales opportunities and customer flow

What We’re Looking For :

Strong phone and communication skills

Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or BDC is a plus

Automotive experience helpful but not required

Comfortable using CRM tools and basic computer software
