We have over 29 years of experience in providing excellent facility management services as a federal contractor. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage the daily operations of a team of housekeepers in Washington,DC This is a full-time position and the work schedule is Monday to Friday 7am-3pm. Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Participates in the hiring and training of janitorial staff.
• Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of a janitorial staff of 50 plus.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
