Job description3+ years of relevant systems analysis or application development experience. Linux Servers (e.g., RHEL, CentOS) Windows Servers GitLab administration JBoss EAP (Enterprise Application Platform) Java application development and support QuartzDesk job scheduler Experience creating RESTful web services and APIs. Proven ability to troubleshoot, document, and communicate technical issues effectively. Willingness to work off-hours, weekends, and holidays as required. Understanding of IT security compliance frameworks in government environments. Experience delivering project documentation and working within state reporting structures. Background screening (Level 1 or 2) required depending on system access level. Must complete and maintain data security awareness training annually.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support Linux and Windows server environments, including GitLab and JBoss EAP servers.
- Develop and maintain internal web applications and web services.
- Create and support APIs and batch processes.
- Assist in the implementation of a browser-based solution for centralized log access and monitoring.
- Upgrade and replace JBoss EAP servers and assist with Java-based application improvements.
- Use QuartzDesk for job scheduling and monitoring.
- Provide weekly status updates and monthly timesheets.
- Comply with DBPR’s data security and access protocols.
- Follow direction from and report to the Systems Programming Administrator for SLS Integration Services.
