Murfreesboro Medical Clinic & SurgiCenter (MMC) is a physician-owned, multi-specialty clinic with 20+ specialties, and we're currently seeking two full-time CRNAs to join our team at a free-standing, outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Murfreesboro, TN.
Position Highlights :
- Starting Salary : $190,000
- 4 ten-hour shifts : no nights, weekend, or on-call responsibilities; new graduates welcome
- 6 weeks of PTO, 8 paid holidays (including Christmas Eve & the Friday after Thanksgiving)

Primary Responsibilities
Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and create individualized care plans.Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia as needed.Monitor and adjust anesthesia during procedures.Complete invasive tasks such as IV starts and anesthesia-specific procedures.Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment, medications, and supplies.Document assessments, interventions, and intraoperative monitoring accurately.Educate patients and families on anesthesia and perioperative expectations.Collaborate with surgical teams and manage emergencies per protocol.Education & Experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program and an accredited nurse anesthesia program requiredCurrent Tennessee RN license and APN certification requiredCurrent certification through NBCRNA requiredCurrent BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferredMinimum of one (1) year of CRNA experience preferredSkills & Competencies
Expertise in anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient monitoringSkilled in assessing patient health and managing intraoperative changesStrong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilitiesEfficient in fast-paced surgical settingsProficient in EMR documentation and basic computer applicationsWorking Conditions
