Job Description:
Hybrid - 3 or 4 days in office
At least 5 years relevant experience required in technical delivery and project management.
Contributes to Telecommunication success by delivering and implementing medium sized projects, processes, and/or programs that streamline operations or enhance service to the business.
Responsible for the prioritization and progressive elaboration of stakeholder requirements to enable implementation of a solution that will meet the needs of the sponsoring organization and stakeholders.
Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and creating comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability, for existing and new applications supporting various business channels.
Reconciles conflicting requirements, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguishes presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguishes solution ideas from requests.
Plans, directs and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved or product/services to be developed for delivery.

Comfortability with creating presentations in PowerPoint required.
Experience in Agile Program Management required.
