Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Engineer – Cleanroom (ISO Class 7)

Are you ready to take your engineering career to the next level in a cutting-edge cleanroom environment? We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and lead advanced microelectronics assembly in our ISO Class 7 (Class 10,000) Cleanroom .

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise cleanroom assemblers while ensuring compliance with strict quality standards (MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38535).
• Perform advanced processes : wire bonding (gold & aluminum), die attach (silver glass, eutectic), lid sealing (solder & weld hermetic packages) .
• Program and operate advanced equipment : Palomar 3880, BJ820, Palomar 8000i, BTU, SST, Sikama .
• Design and validate assembly drawings and fixtures for automated systems.
• Assemble custom packaging : ceramic LGA, flatpacks, CQFP, TSOP, ASICs, multichip modules, and space-level devices.
• Train and certify new employees in cleanroom processes.
• Use microscopes for QML Q and V level inspections on microelectronics.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering , Mechanical Engineering , or equivalent industry experience.

Hands-on experience with semiconductor assembly and hermetic packaging .

Knowledge of MIL-P-38535 and MIL-STD-883 standards.

Proficiency in C, C++ programming or related industry software.

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail for microcircuit assembly.

Ability to work in full cleanroom gowning attire (bunny suit, gloves, coverings) .

U.S. work authorization (E-Verify required).

Ability to pass technical assessment, eye exam, and background check.
