Principal Technical Program Manager For AWS Data Center Design Engineering

The Principal Technical Program Manager for AWS Data Center Design Engineering Team owns the successful development and delivery of the next generations of data center designs and innovations from concept to at-scale global deployments. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage with advanced infrastructure solutions and the exceptional people that develop them.

Key Job Responsibilities

The Principal TPM applies their expertise to :

• Own and manage development of complex next generation data center design solution to reach maturity for global deployment
• Drive alignment between the strategic vision and roadmap for the next generations of data center designs and innovations with the overall business vision and strategy to reach global deployment
• Evaluate the requirements and actions that bridge the gap between design strategies, product availability and constructability aspects of deploying newest generation data center physical infrastructure globally
• Drive continuous advancements, improvements and alignment of data center designs between product readiness, construction methodology, financial analysis, sustainability, utility, operations and supply chain partners
• Plan for global and regional specifics, test and validation, scheduling, and similar production readiness activities
• Collaborate across organizations (Engineering, Product Development & Services, Finance, Operations, Planning) and be the guardian for successful delivery of technologies.
