About The Role
We are hiring our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build outbound sales at Dune. You will focus initially on our Sim developer products (API and IDX), targeting teams that need real-time onchain data. Success means booking qualified demos through data-driven outbound campaigns. You will also help shape the systems, processes, and tools that make outbound work at scale.
What You'll Actually Do :
- Build and manage lead lists for prospects who need real-time onchain data for building apps
- Run outbound campaigns across email, Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Book qualified intro meetings and demos that turn into pipeline for the sales team
- Track and optimize campaigns in HubSpot to improve results
- Work with GTM leadership to shape outbound processes and tools
Requirements
Must-Haves :
24 years of SDR or Business Development experience with clear evidence of quota achievement in a B2B environmentCrypto native knowledge and ability to speak credibly about onchain dataComfortable prospecting across social channels, email, and events or conferencesStrong experience with HubSpot and other outbound tools, with a data-driven approachBased in the Eastern US or EuropeBonus Points :
