Bilingual Recruiter - Construction Trades

If you have at least 2 years of recent experience in high-volume staffing or HR with the ability to communicate in English and Spanish, we'd like you to join our team! POSITION DESCRIPTION :

Staffing Recruiters are responsible for sourcing candidates based on client needs and doing full cycle recruiting.

RECRUITER JOB DUTIES :

• Follow client guidelines to source candidates for position openings.
• Conduct interviews to identify candidates.
• Place job postings via online career pages, job boards, etc.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Update account managers on hiring status.
• Enter applicant data into ATS.
• Candidate / Employee communications including texting app.
• Resolve employee issues in a quick and timely manner.
• Terminate employees while following company guidelines.
• All other duties as needed.
