Job Details :

ATA seeks to hire a paralegal ready to immediately provide support to our team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will likely have 2-5 years of law firm experience, including handling electronic filings in federal, California civil and appellate courts, procedural research, calendaring, organizing and preparing exhibits for deposition and trial, drafting judicial council and federal court forms, preparation of table of authorities, case management, communicating with vendors for service of process and deposition coverage, preparation of monthly invoices, coordinate travel arrangements, and clerical support as needed. The position requires excellent time management skills, research and writing skills, ability to multitask and balance high volumes of work while working closely with others in a fast-paced setting.

This is a hybrid work setting with approximately half-time remote work permitted, and 2-3 days per week in our Oakland office.

Location :

San Francisco Bay Area – Hybrid Oakland office.

Compensation :

ATA offers a compensation package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, and a flexible work environment with a premium on sustainable workloads. Salary is generally commensurate with leading national environmental nonprofits and the California Attorney General’s Office.
