A company is looking for an HR Specialist, Compliance & Benefits. Key Responsibilities Assist with HR functions including compliance, benefits, and annual audits while advising leadership on best practices Serve as backup for leave of absence and benefits administration during peak periods or absences Monitor HR compliance and assist with internal audits, ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, including 2-3+ years in Compliance, Leave Administration, & Benefits Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Strong understanding of employment-related compliance with federal and state laws Excellent organizational skills
