A company is looking for a Benefits and Compensation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs. Key Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert in compensation and benefits Develop and analyze employee benefits plans to maintain competitive positioning Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefit plans Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum seven (7) years of progressive benefits, compensation, and / or human resource experience Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and compensation regulations Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
