Job Title : Restaurant General Manager (GM)

Location : Honolulu, Hawaii

Salary : $90,000 - $95,000 annually, plus full benefits (PTO, vacation, medical, dental, 401K)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead an upscale dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end restaurants, a creative approach to food and beverage programs, and the ability to engage with the local community. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee daily operations, inspire a small team, and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Wine & Cocktail Program Development : Refine and expand the wine list and cocktail offerings to align with customer preferences while maintaining quality and creativity.
• Dining Experience : Ensure all service touchpoints deliver an elevated dining experience, from arrival to dessert, with a focus on two- or three-course dinner service.
• Team Leadership : Manage and motivate a small team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Sales & Marketing : Collaborate on sales, marketing, and social media strategies to promote the restaurant and drive business growth.
• Community Engagement : Build strong connections with the local community and represent the restaurant in public-facing roles, including social media and media appearances.
• Operational Management : Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including financial performance, staffing, and service standards, while maintaining autonomy in decision-making.
