Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to try and help them heal from their trauma.

Pay : Starting at $18 / hr

What you will do : As a Cook, you will primarily be responsible for preparing nutritious meals that comply with federal, state, local, tribal, and school program guidelines while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the food service facility. The position includes managing inventory, ensuring equipment is in good working order, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role requires adherence to company policies, and staff trainings.

To be considered you should : Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants should be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test. Applicants should be empathetic, patient and have a desire to work with troubled teens.

Information regarding Schedule : The Cook Position typically works 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hour shift per day unless otherwise instructed.
