Associate Photographer- Southwest, Florida

This role supports Homes.com and Apartments.com by creating virtual tours, floorplans, and photography for residential properties.

Responsibilities

Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3-D virtual tours and footprints.

Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, using photography techniques to capture spaces appealingly.

Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.

Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks.

Own the market : when not photographing a residential home, navigate one-mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage.

Identify new inventory, missing availability, and properties to be photographed.

Adhere to CoStar safety standards for safeguarding vehicles and equipment.

Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.

Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Physical Requirements

Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car; standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day.

Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.

Repetitive hand and arm movements to operate photography equipment and tablet / laptop.

Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying to perform job functions.

Ability to work and drive outdoors in all seasons and on weekends on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional experience; real estate photography experience required.

Experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned photography degree.

FAA Part 107 Drone Certification / License (to be obtained within 30 days of offer).

Strong time management and detail orientation; ability to accurately capture and enter data.

Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.

Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.

Independent worker in a fast-paced environment; field experience preferred.

Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record / abstract prior to start.

Compensation

The Associate Photographer position is hourly plus bonus-eligible. Bonuses are paid monthly based on performance against pre-determined metrics. This is an hourly role with pay amounts totaling $50,000 annually, with opportunity for monthly bonuses.
