We have over 35 years of experience in real estate information and online marketplaces, continually refining and innovating to improve our offerings. This role supports Homes.com and Apartments.com with media collection, virtual tours, floorplans, and photography for residential properties.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3-D virtual tours and footprints
- Create a portfolio of photographs to showcase homes and apartments using photography techniques to highlight spaces
- Collaborate with scheduling / dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands
- Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks
- Navigate one-mile square grids when not photographing a residence to identify and capture commercial real estate data
- Adhere to CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment
- Represent CoStar professionally at all times
- Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed

At least 2 years of professional experienceReal estate photography experience requiredExperience as a professional photographer or a recently earned photography degreeDrone photography experience with FAA Part 107 license / certification obtained within 30 days of offerStrong time management and attention to detailAbility to accurately capture and enter dataExcellent written and verbal communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applicationsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentField experience preferredCurrent and valid driver’s license requiredSatisfactory driving record check prior to start; driving history must reflect responsible driving behaviorCompensation
The Associate Photographer position is hourly plus monthly bonus eligibility. Pay is $50,000 annually with potential for monthly bonuses. Bonuses are based on performance against predefined metrics.
