As a key member of our office, you'll manage all bookkeeping responsibilities while also supporting logistics and administrative functions that keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities -
Bookkeeping & Finance :
- Maintain accurate financial records and support the financial operations of the organization using QuickBooks Desktop.
- Record all financial transactions including vendor invoices, payables, journal entries, cash disbursements and inventory management utilizing QuickBooks.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
- Generate monthly financial statements for management review.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all financial matters.
Logistics & Administrative Support :
Prepare and issue customer contracts.Coordinate shipments with suppliers, carriers and customers.Communicate with freight brokers, warehouses and logistics partners.Provide general administrative support, including document management and shipment tracking.Resolve customer inquiries and ensure excellent service.Qualifications :
Proven bookkeeping experience (3 years of QuickBooks Desktop required).Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Professional communication skills, both written and verbalWork Location : In person Mon - Thurs and remote on Friday's (after training)
