Performance Sustainability Manager

A company is looking for a Performance Sustainability Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement performance metrics to measure progress on internal and regulatory requirements

Drive product strategy and planning to improve business results and oversee Healthy DC Plan initiatives

Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for performance improvement and coordinate problem resolution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree (MBA) preferred

3 or more years of experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing change

Experience in payor operations

Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Power BI

Ability to manage multiple tasks and assess project status proactively
