Job descriptionProvide Tier I Level support in onsite and nationwide multi-site environments. Conduct investigations and research to resolve information system issues. Communicate updates to users and follow up after resolution. Utilize help desk software to track issues and suggest improvements. Assist with onboarding new users and hardware / software setup. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. Support building technology including VoIP phones and AV equipment. Manage time effectively, respond promptly to support requests, and escalate complex issues appropriately. Ability to read technical manuals and OEM guides. Basic knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting skills. Experience with documentation and ticketing systems. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Associate degree preferred. 0-2 years of experience, with familiarity in Windows, Mac OS, Active Directory, and basic networking. Must be at least 21 years old. Willingness to travel 25% of the time. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

$24.50 / hr - $25.00 / hr
Schedule
- Part-time
- Monday - Friday, 5 pm - 10 pm (as needed)
- Saturday & Sunday, 8 am - 6 pm (required)
