ABM is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for a large client operation at SFO Airport in San Francisco, CA. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and compliance with safety and operational standards. The Warehouse Supervisor will ensure efficient workflow, maintain accurate inventory, and lead a productive team environment. Must be flexible to work weekends. Pay : $28.00 / hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday 1pm - 9 : 30pm

Essential Job Functions

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including repacking, kit-building, receiving, sorting, and inventory movement.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct pre-shift planning including inventory checks, laundry scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Lead team huddles and post-shift debriefs to communicate goals, progress, and performance.
• Perform spot checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and immediately address hazards or incidents.
• Manage employee breaks, lunches, and attendance in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare shift handover documentation and update daily operational reports.
• Collaborate with Inventory Supervisor and Manager to address critical shortages.
• Maintain communication with leadership and client representatives regarding operations.
• Set a positive, professional example for the workforce and coach employees as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company, client, and regulatory standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Front-line warehouse employees on designated shift.

Physical Demands

Work Environment

Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and moderate to heavy noise levels. Requires physical activity including lifting, walking, and operating equipment.

Education

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of warehouse operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Previous management experience preferred.
