Temporary Administrative Assistant - HR File Audit Project

Location : Grand Forks| Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hour

Duration : Approximately 2 months

Reports to : HR Department

About the Role :

We're hiring a detail-driven Administrative Assistant for a special project focused on auditing and digitizing personnel files for a company with around 200 employees. This temporary role is ideal for someone who's organized, methodical, and thrives on independent, focused work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and organize paper personnel files using a provided audit template
• Sort documents into pre-determined categories and ensure all required items are accounted for
• Identify and correct any misfiled or missing documents
• Arrange contents in chronological order by effective date (most recent on top)
• Scan completed files using in-office equipment and save them to a designated shared folder
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy throughout the process
