About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Inventory Associate to join our growing team supporting hyperscale data center construction projects. This position plays a key role in maintaining the flow of materials, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, and keeping operations organized in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Responsibilities
Receive, organize, and track all materials, tools, and equipment within the warehouse or laydown yard
Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems and manual counts
Coordinate with construction, logistics, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to worksites
Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies as needed
Stage materials for upcoming builds or installations per project schedules
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred)
Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
Support inbound and outbound deliveries, including loading / unloading trucks as needed
Adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic construction setting
Qualifications
1 3 years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience (construction or data center environment preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Familiarity with basic inventory software and documentation processes
Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain one)
Reliable, flexible, and able to workday or night shifts based on project needs
Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to "hit the ground running"
