Project Manager II

Gilbane is seeking a Project Manager II to serve as the on-site Gilbane manager, responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a medium-sized construction project. This position will be on the job site every day and will fill a key role on the project team.

Responsibilities

Pre-construction

• Schedule, organize and coordinate meetings including meeting minutes
• Budget review and evaluate the client overall project budget (estimating skills)
• Track Budget if requested
• Track document filings Designers and contractors
• Constructability reviews
• Scope development
• Bid document development
• Bid review and recommendations as to most capable and qualified proposal
• Permit tracking

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.

For New York, NY this ranges from $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
