Chief Financial Officer
A premier automotive supplier organization is looking for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to become part of their senior leadership group. This high-impact executive position reports to the President and encompasses oversight of all financial functions throughout their facilities in North America.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and coordinate mid-range plans (MRP) and annual budgets across all operations
- Lead strategic and financial planning in alignment with corporate guidelines and objectives
- Prepare quarterly forecasts and respond to corporate reporting requirements
- Optimize profitability to ensure sustained growth and adequate returns to shareholders
- Serve as a key member of the executive management team, partnering closely with the President to drive organizational success
Financial Operations & Reporting
Analyze part profitability in conjunction with the Cost Accounting ManagerReview and approve capital appropriation requests according to the approval matrixEnsure all tax returns are filed timely and coordinate tax planning effortsManage treasury functions and cash flow forecastingEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting to the parent companyOversee all finance and administration functions, including financial and cost accounting, controlling, treasury, and budgetingDepartment Leadership
Develop annual bonus program targets and oversee benefit program changesManage a fully staffed finance teamServe as Trustee for the employee 401(k) benefit programDefine and implement personnel policies for the finance departmentBusiness Partnership & Analysis
Create and maintain executive-level reporting dashboardsReview and analyze the financial impact of major contractsCoordinate special projects and analyses as identified by the PresidentPrepare financial projections and business cases for major new programs and capital expenditure (CapEx) projectsMonitor and resolve customer collection issues, particularly with OEM invoicing requirementsLegal & Compliance
Review key contracts with applicable departments (sales, purchasing, tooling)Maintain and ensure compliance with the authority and approval matrixCoordinate administration of legal proceedings with corporate counsel
