Hybrid - 2x a week in the office at either a Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA location.

Job Description :

• Experience in Identity Management
• User provisioning lifecycle, application provisioning
• Hands-on experience with an IGA system (e.g. Saviynt IGA, SailPoint)
• Ability to work independently and perform with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Preferably a candidate that has worked in a position with direct interaction, in-person or virtual, with various types of personnel, including mid-level and executive leadership
• Strong Analytical and Research skills
• Able to review and recognize inefficient or cumbersome operations and / or business processes and work with existing teams to propose / implement solutions for streamlining
• Ability to review existing workflows and develop streamlining
