Position Summary

TheCustomer Concierge / Sales Specialist is the face of our Gainesville campus greeting families, building trust, and converting tours into enrollments. This person must have a proven record of filling childcare centers, exceptional people skills, and the ability to juggle front desk operations while always keeping the focus on the family experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first, warmest, most welcoming face families see when they walk through our doors.
• Own the enrollment pipeline from lead calls, follow-ups, and scheduling tours, to closing and enrolling families.
• Deliver engaging, personalized tours that highlight the Karter Schools difference and build excitement.
• Track and report all inquiries, tours, and enrollment metrics.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage the front desk with professionalism and warmth.
• Partner with the Leadership Team to exceed enrollment goals.
• Provide concierge-level service to current families, addressing questions and concerns quickly and positively.
• Support marketing efforts (social media posts, community events, parent engagement campaigns).
• Ensure the lobby / front desk area is always presentation-ready.
