What You'll Do :

📈 Oversee all accounting operations and ensure compliance with regulations

📝 Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review

🔍 Conduct audits and implement internal controls to safeguard assets

🤝 Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering professional growth

📊 Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights

📅 Coordinate budgeting processes and monitor budget variances

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Bachelor’s degree in

Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)

✅ In-depth knowledge of U.S.

GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition

Familiarity with payroll and corporate tax regulations across multiple states

✅ 5–7 years of progressive

accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial

capacity

Demonstrated expertise in month-end and year-end close processes, including W-2

and 1099 preparation

✅ Proven ability to manage

full-cycle accounting, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance

analysis

✅ Experience overseeing

multi-state payroll and corporate tax filing
