A company is looking for a Total Rewards Director responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives

Oversee the design and management of compensation programs and conduct market analyses

Lead the planning and administration of employee benefits programs and manage executive compensation

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management

At least 3 years in a leadership role

Deep understanding of compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies

Experience in budget management for total rewards programs

Familiarity with legal compliance related to compensation and benefits
