Shift : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30a-4p

Position Summary :

• In conjunction with department leadership, ensures effective operational, human resource and financial management of assigned department(s) or function(s), ensuring quality, cost-effective and efficient workflows, and processes, resulting in a positive patient experience.
• Manages the daily operations of outpatient rehabilitation services which includes outpatient physical, occupational, speech and vocational therapy and outpatient support staff services.
• Accountable for implementation, sustainment and financial viability of current and new initiatives that impact the growth and development of related departments, functions and / or programs.
• Serve as a role model as well as a clinical and operational resource person.
• Works collaboratively with service line and support staff on identifying opportunities for new or revised programs to ensure patient access, service line growth as well as development of an effective, high quality, skilled and motivated workforce.
• Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
