Responsibilities

• Prepare and / or review the quarterly and annual US income tax provisions in accordance with ASC740 and IFRS, including deferred tax calculation, rate reconciliation, tax accounts reconciliation, and recording tax entries.
• Review detailed workpapers to support federal and state income tax compliance in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review and manage quarterly federal and state income tax estimates and extensions, ensuring making timely tax payments.
• Oversee tax-related data collection and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
• Work closely with finance, treasury, and transfer pricing teams to ensure accurate data flow for tax compliance and provision calculations.
• Conduct research on complex tax issues, including federal and state income tax regulations, and prepare memoranda to support tax positions.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise on impacts.
• Assist with other special projects and process improvements.
