Staff Accountant Opportunity

Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for assigned properties.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, profit & loss analysis, and variance reviews.
- Support the finance team in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and recovery calculations.
- Assist with property-level accounting for tenant billings, common area maintenance, and expense reconciliations.
- Participate in special projects, process improvements, and system enhancements as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred; finance or related business degree considered.0+ years of accounting experience, internship experience is highly preferred.Minimum GPA of 3.0.Strong Excel skills and general systems aptitude.Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from experienced mentors.What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out :
