Tech-in-Training / Service Technician (Hourly) : We are looking for aspiring automotive technicians ready to build a long-term career with hands-on training and mentorship. This position is ideal for candidates with some technical schooling or minimal industry experience. You'll work under the guidance of senior technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles while gaining the knowledge and skills needed to advance to flat-rate roles. Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.

Experienced Service Technician (Flat Rate) : Our dealership is seeking experienced, dependable Service Technicians to join our growing team. This flat-rate role is best suited for professionals with a solid foundation in vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in producing quality work efficiently, a strong understanding of manufacturer repair procedures, and a customer-first mindset.
