Security Officers-Contract Position

Contract position open for 3rd shift $19.14 per hour, paid on a weekly basis (Expected minimum contract is 6 months). A few of the employees may be chosen for long term positions. All employees must rotate weekend hours, no one is exempt.

Candidate must have a valid driver's license, be at least 25 years old and a clean driving record. This position requires patrol in a company owned vehicle. All workers that are required to drive company vehicles and must be cleared to be covered under Walden Security automotive plan. An MVR will be performed before start.

Must have a strong work history, satisfactory background and the ability to walk and stand for a prolonged periods of time. The ideal candidate will have a military background and previously or currently possess a DOD clearance.

What You Will Do

Our Security Officers protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.

Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing / Industrial Factories, Hospitals and many others.

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
