Nevada firm seeking qualified Family Law / Divorce Attorneys.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage assigned caseload; many times dealing in High Net Worth matters
- Draft and respond to correspondence
- Prepare pleadings, financial disclosures, mediation, and trial briefs
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Tele and in-person contact with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
- Prepare witness questions for evidentiary hearings, depositions, and trials
- Track billable time
- Assist the supervising attorneys in all phases of the practice
Qualifications :
- Must be admitted to and in good standing with the Nevada Bar
- 2-3+ Years Practicing Nevada Family Law
- Empathetic, and level-headed demeanor to properly handle sensitive family law matters
- Possess strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
