Job Description :

Join our team as a Shipping / Outbound Clerk and play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations. You will be responsible for creating manifests and BOLs while collaborating with other departments to support operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals looking for a stable, long-term role with growth potential.

Responsibilities :

Interacting with truck drivers

Ensure trucks are loaded correctly, checking pallet labels against manifests

Scanning barcodes on pallets with scan gun

Instructs outbound forklift operators and lumpers

Qualifications and Requirements :

High School Diploma required

At least one year experience

Basic Microsoft Excel experience

Must be bilingual Spanish / English

Pre-employment background check and drug screen

The base salary range for this position is $18.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
