The Senior Analyst, Security will perform a wide variety of tasks as part of the Special Access Programs (SAP) Security Team. Duties include but are not limited to : developing, reviewing and administering the program's security policies in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment to ensure compliance with the NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, JSIG, and ICD-705. The Senior Analyst, Security will provide oversight and guidance related to security policies and procedures to ensure successful contract execution.

Your refined teaming skills and understanding of team concepts will be essential for your success. You must also be a self-starter who is able to work with minimal supervision. You must be able to multi-task as attention to detail and follow-through when completing tasks are necessary.
What You Will Do :
- Understand, implement and ensure compliance with the DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, 5220.22-M NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals or Special Program Security directives.
- Oversee and maintain the personnel security (PERSEC) program; process program access requests, conduct other as-needed PERSEC duties.
- Assist with updating and administering indoctrinations, refresher briefings and debriefings, and communicate security guidance to internal audiences.
- Update and administer security education, training, and awareness.
- Conduct security self-inspections, prepare for customer inspections / annual reviews and implement corrective action plans.
- Provide security guidance regarding program operations.
- Develop, obtain approval for, and implement security policies, procedures, and documentation specific to the program such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and addendums, Operation Security Plans, Concept of Operations.
- Assist with self-inspections and recommend / implement corrective actions.
- Program administrative work : personnel processing, visitor control, conducting program related investigations, TS accountability, dispatching and receiving program documents / material and resolving other related program security issues.
- Collaborate and assist the ISSM / ISSO on implementation of JSIG requirements.
- Willing to travel on company business.
- Willing to work extended hours and non-standard hours to meet deadlines and to support special circumstances.
- Other security related tasks as directed by the Security Manager.
Qualifications You Must Have :
Typically requires : A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite.Qualifications We Prefer :
Possess a final TS security clearance with an investigation not older than 6 years on the first day of employment.Experience in special program environments and understanding of government guidance to include the NISPOM and DoD 5205.07 Security Volumes and related certification and training courses.Strong working knowledge of DISS and JADE.Manage special access program facility administration Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 related to the physical security and construction requirements for SAPFs and SCIFs; submitting pre-construction and accreditation packages to include Fixed Facility Checklists and Tempest addendums.Previous experience as a security professional supporting SAP and / or SCI programs.What We Offer :
