Job Responsibilities and Competencies :
Achieve Sales Targets
Drive growth for Prolaris, MyRisk, and Precise by meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Develop and execute action plans to increase test orders and expand market share.
Focus efforts on urologists, urologic oncologists, pathologists, and radiation oncologists across community practices, large groups, and academic settings.
Utilize an insightful selling model to educate providers, improve patient access to testing, and grow weekly order volumes.
Serve as a trusted advisor and influence physicians to adopt advanced risk assessment and treatment approaches aligned with the continuum of cancer care.
Foster two-way communication with targeted physicians, understand practice economics and value drivers, and position testing as a standard of care.
Advocate for treatment decisions that balance efficacy and quality of life, helping prevent over- or under-treatment.
Job Requirements
BS / BA degree preferred and minimum of 3 - 5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device, pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare services
Experience in the urology and / or urologic oncology therapeutic area is preferred
Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, curious, and able to work independently.
Demonstrates values and ethics that support Myriad's mission, goals, and professional code of conduct.
Uses discretion and professionalism as it relates to handling patient and physician information and documentation.
Valid driver's license and driving record that meets safe and satisfactory criteria per Myriad's motor vehicle driving record policy.
Overnight travel as needed / required.
Compensation and Benefits
Estimated on target earnings range : $182,000 - $207,000 annually (base salary + at target variable incentive compensation, uncapped bonus available)

Physical Requirements
Sedentary to light work, exerting 10-20 pounds of force frequently. Includes stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending / descending, communicating, and observing.
