The Claims and Payment Entry Manager is responsible for overseeing accurate and timely submission of claims and payment entries for both insurance and patient transactions. The role ensures strong team performance, process efficiency, and compliance. The manager actively partners with other departments to address billing barriers, monitor for delays, and identify trends that may disrupt reimbursement.

In this role, you represent the Zynex brand. This means you are responsible for providing a world-class experience to all "customers" in every interaction, every time. In addition to patients, your customers may be coworkers, clinics, the Zynex sales team, etc.
