As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and staff, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.

Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or delivery personnel as required by the location's protocols.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Complete required documentation and / or reports related to security-related activities and incidents.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
