What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.

Monitor entry and exit points at the residential location, verifying identification and access credentials as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Assist with emergency response activities according to site guidelines and Allied Universal procedures.

Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor activity and security-related incidents.

Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, and site management to address concerns and provide information as needed.

Support Allied Universal and site-specific initiatives to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements :

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
