Job description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Manufacturing Production Operator in the Belvidere, NJ 07823 Area.

The Manufacturing Production Operator would be working for a Major Manufacturing Company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

Manufacturing Production Operator Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $23.50 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Manufacturing Production Operator Highlights

  • Location : Belvidere, NJ 07823
  • The required availability for this position is as follows :
  • 1st Week : Monday???Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • 2nd???4th Weeks : Monday???Thursday, 12-hour shifts (7 : 00 AM ??? 7 : 00 PM)
  • Afterward : Transition to a 12-hour rotating Dupont schedule, working both days and nights

    • Manufacturing Production Operator Responsibilities

  • Operate production, blending, milling, and packaging equipment
  • Follow GMP, ISO, and company safety standards
  • Handle, store, and move materials safely and efficiently
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and complete required documentation
  • Report equipment issues and participate in shift meetings
  • Keep work areas clean and safe, using proper PPE
  • Support plant initiatives and follow standard manufacturing processes

    • Manufacturing Production Operator Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1???2+ years of manufacturing experience in a warehouse or production setting
  • Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment operating machines and equipment
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

    • Manufacturing Production Operator Preferences

  • Experience in environments with ISO 9001 / 14001; GMP; FDA certifications
  • Familiarity with Spray Dry and Rovimix E Adsorbate processes
