Job descriptionLocation : Tulsa, OK (On-site only) Shift : Monday–Friday, 3 : 30 p.m.–12 : 00 a.m. (Second Shift) Compensation : $19.00–$27.00 per hour DOE + $2.00 / hour second-shift differential Sign-On : $1,500 bonus (payout specifics shared with your offer) Operate CNC mills, lathes, and saws to meet production schedules and specifications Interpret engineering drawings and job orders to plan machining operations Set up and run machines with minimal oversight, adjusting as needed for quality and throughput Use precision tools to confirm part conformity and document results Keep accurate travelers and inspection paperwork Perform routine maintenance and escalate issues when required Adhere to safety procedures and maintain an orderly work area 2+ years hands-on experience with CNC mills and / or lathes in manufacturing 2+ years reading blueprints and using calipers / micrometers Solid grasp of shop math and machining principles 1+ year deburring / finishing experience to meet quality standards Detail-focused with strong problem-solving skills Machining certificate or technical school training Basic CNC programming knowledge Prior exposure to lean / 5S environments 100% on-site at our Tulsa facility Availability for extended hours as needed CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC) : Mazak, Doosan CNC Lathe (2–4 axis) : Mazak, Doosan, Hyundai-Wia CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) : Mazak CNC Lathe (5+ axis) Calipers, micrometers Forklifts G-code and M-code Deburring and surface finishing Clear communication Blueprint interpretation
