Job Duties

• Manage a sophisticated book of personal lines business for affluent individuals and families, exercising independent judgment, autonomy, and decision-making.
• Conduct annual account reviews and client meetings to assess coverage adequacy, identify exposures, and recommend program enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with Producers and internal HUB colleagues on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewals while adhering to HUB's best practices and procedures.
• Oversee preparation, documentation, and processing of all policy transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's insurance objectives and critically analyze insurance plans to ensure suitability and comprehensive protection.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and carriers, proactively resolving service, billing, and claims issues.
• Identify opportunities for program improvement, account rounding, and cross-selling to enhance client relationships and support departmental growth goals.
