We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to join our executive leadership team. This role goes beyond operational oversight. It is about shaping the future of the organization by setting vision, driving transformation, and delivering enterprise-level results. Reporting directly to the President, the SVP will serve as a key strategic partner to both executive leadership and investors, ensuring that performance, culture, and growth remain aligned across a national portfolio.
Role Summary
As Senior Vice President of Operations, you will :
- Provide strategic leadership over all property operations, ensuring consistent performance across diverse markets.
- Partner with the President, executive team, and ownership group to define and execute growth strategies, acquisitions, and repositioning initiatives.
- Establish enterprise-wide KPIs, systems, and reporting frameworks to monitor financial and operational performance at scale.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning, ensuring ROI on value-add initiatives and compliance with affordable housing regulations.
- Lead and mentor Regional Vice Presidents and senior leaders, building a deep leadership bench and succession pipeline.
- Drive innovation in technology, resident engagement, and service delivery, enhancing both financial results and community impact.

16+ years of progressively senior leadership experience in property management, real estate operations, or related industries.Track record of managing 15,000+ units or equivalent national portfolios, with responsibility for NOI, occupancy, and investor reporting.Demonstrated success in turnarounds, acquisitions, and large-scale portfolio integrations.Expertise in leading large, distributed teams with measurable results in both financial and resident-focused KPIs.Ability to travel as needed (up to 40%)Compensation
