Secondary Market Lock Desk Assistant

Location : York, PA (onsite)

Be the analytical force behind our mortgage pricing and secondary market operations.

Traditions Mortgage, a division of ACNB , is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and math-savvy professional to join our Secondary Market team. As our Lock Desk Assistant, you’ll play a key role in managing daily lock desk activities, supporting Mortgage Loan Officers, and ensuring timely, compliant delivery of loans to investors. This is an on-site position at our York, PA office where collaboration, initiative, and a passion for finance come together to make an impact.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in mortgage, banking, or a related financial services environment (having held an NMLS number is a plus).
• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills—you’re comfortable with numbers and compliance guidelines.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to drive opportunities for improvement.
