Job DescriptionJob Description Starting Salary : $28.85 per hour. (negotiable dependent upon experience)

Requirements Credit Analyst II

• Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial underwriting (with a focus on commercial real estate) OR a minimum of 5 years banking experience (or related commercial real estate finance experience)
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study
• Specialized bank lending education / training (but not required)
• Intermediate commercial real estate underwriting skills and experience, SBA experience
• Proficient in :

English (reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics)
