Your Role

We are hiring a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the reliability and functionality of critical systems and equipment. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to maintain and improve facility operations, gaining hands-on experience and developing specialized skills in industrial maintenance. This position offers opportunities for growth through technical training, certifications, and leadership development.

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on facility systems, utilities, and equipment.
• Support scheduled maintenance activities in coordination with production and lab teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues under guidance from senior technicians.
• Document maintenance activities accurately using digital tracking tools.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Escort and oversee contractors performing inspections or repairs.
• Participate in utility installations and facility improvement initiatives (clean steam, water for injection, purified water, process cooling water, process gasses, etc.)
• Respond to facility alarms and emergencies as part of an on-call rotation.
• Contribute to daily operations meetings and help track team performance metrics.

Adhering to the requirements of Washington's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $65,000 to $85,000 annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
